Refund Policy For Paw Prestige Pet Store

Refund for Shipped Orders:

Order Delays

If an order is delayed beyond 60 days from the original shipping date (or 45 days for U.S. orders), Our trusted third-party fulfillment partners offers either:

    

·         A refund for the order.

·         A resend of the product at their expense.

 

Delivered Orders:

·         Refunds or replacements will not be processed if the tracking info shows the order has been delivered.

·         If you didn’t receive the package, we may require a non-delivery certification from the local post office to process a refund or replacement.

 

Damaged Products:

·         If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

·         We will provide either:

·         A full refund or

·         A replacement of the damaged product.

·         Please provide photo or video evidence of the damage when requesting a refund or replacement.

 

Incorrect or Missing Products:

·         If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please notify us within 30 days.

·         We will process a full refund or replacement, but we require photo or video evidence of the incorrect or missing item to validate the claim.

 

Order Cancellations:

You can cancel your order before it is processed and shipped from the warehouse. After the order has been processed and shipped, we can no longer cancel it.

 

Return Policy

·         We do not accept Physical returns for items, as we fulfill orders directly through our dropshipping suppliers.

·         In cases of damaged or incorrect items, please refer to our refund policy for steps on how to request a refund or replacement.

 

How to Request a Refund

·         If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the above conditions, please contact us with the following details:

·         Reason for the refund (e.g., damaged item, incorrect product, etc.)

·         Supporting evidence (photo/video) for damaged or incorrect products.

 

Important Notes

·         Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

·         Please allow up to 10–15 business days for processing your refund.

·         Refunds or replacements are issued only after the claim has been validated.
